She spent nearly 10 years at PwC Academy, delivering IFRS training and ACCA DipIFR examination preparation, and previously worked as a Business Risk Consultant and IFRS Trainer at Ernst & Young (EY).
Her professional experience spans banking, insurance, energy, agriculture, manufacturing and public-sector organisations.
Since 2023, Olena has been involved in ESG strategy implementation and sustainability-related disclosures, including advisory support for an agricultural holding seeking financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
